Quick companies provide ready-made limited liability companies (s.r.o.) and joint stock companies (a.s.). However, as experienced lawyers, we can help you to establish a legal entity of any legal form available under Czech law. General trade licenses and registrations are included in the price.
To expedite the process so that you can start using the company immediately, we have everything ready, and the company can be transferred straight away after you deliver all relevant documents.
Our ready-made companies are 100% free of debts or encumbrances (i.e. an empty shell). The share capital is CZK 1,000. Unlike others, all our companies come with a R&P Certificate of cleanliness, which gives the new shareholder the right to sue us in case of any liabilities.
