Monika has almost 30 years of experience on the Czech market with legal and financial aspects of company development, financing and operation in all kinds of commercial fields at all stages of projects (preparatory phase, including due diligence, construction phase, operational phase and exit from the project).

Ms. Rutland has also been involved in a number of major acquisitions and sales of major companies in the Czech Republic. Her clients during her long career included international investor groups in the field of retail, the car industry, telecommunications and real estate.

Monika further has extensive experience in accounting which she gained during her career at the international law firm of White & Case. As a result, she can provide professional advice on the measurement, processing and communication of financial information on economic entities, such as businesses and corporations.
